This is a 15-ton goods van built in Germany for the Hijaz Railway between 1908-1913. Hundreds of similar wagons were supplied by several German and Belgian manufacturers to the Hijaz Railway in addition to other types of train cars. All were bogie wagons, and some were equipped with brakeman cabins.
